Important Notes

  • Please ensure to record a video during the unboxing process. If you encounter any issues, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product by clicking the customer service button on the right, or by searching for "SHARECO 香水吊卡" on Facebook. Please provide a video showing the condition of your product, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
  • We warmly welcome you to visit SHARECO's Hong Kong retail stores to experience and shop.
  • When placing an order, please ensure to provide a complete shipping address to guarantee smooth delivery. If you wish to track your shipment, feel free to contact our online customer service.

1. Payment method

  • We currently offer PayPal as a payment method.

  • All orders will be processed and shipped after payment is completed. Please note that cash on delivery is not available.

2. Shipping & Delivery methods

  • Delivery methodWe offer home delivery, and the delivery driver will contact you prior to shipment.

  • Shipping Schedule: Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends). Any shipping suspensions due to special circumstances will be announced on our website.

  • Shipping Notification: In-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed, in the order they are received. You will receive a "shipment confirmation email" once your order has been dispatched.

  • Pre-order itemsIf your order includes pre-order items, we will ship the entire order once all items have arrived. We recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

  • Reminder: To ensure your continued access to our services, please refrain from refusing packages without valid reason.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return and exchange services, including the inspection period, are currently only available in Taiwan. Please carefully confirm your order before purchasing.

  • Products are subject to double-checking and quality inspection before shipping to ensure your peace of mind while shopping.

  • If you have any concerns about the product, we welcome you to visit our retail stores for a scent-testing experience before making a purchase.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please message our customer service team and provide the following: Name、Contact number、Order number、Photos or videos of the unboxing process.

  • We will review the product condition and assist you accordingly. If a refund is confirmed, it will be processed through PayPal. Refund processing time depends on PayPal and your card issuer. For details, please refer to this link: PayPal Refund Help.

  • As the exact processing time depends on your card issuer, there will be no further notification after the refund is issued.

    6.Invoice Information

    • According to Taiwan’s Business Tax Act, we are unable to issue unified invoices for overseas customers. (Business Tax Act: Directly exported goods or services to foreign buyers are exempt from issuing unified invoices.)
